and so.. the event went well. what a wedding without chaos la kan, but benda dah lepas, most importantly, benda yang wajib dah selamat dijalankan. nothing major pon, just a few glitches here and there.

that saturday morning, after subuh prayer, i started to do sis#2's makeup. that was about 7am. zaes pulak, was not in his bestest mood, asyik cranky je, dari days before that. tak cukup attention kot, that's why he behaved like that.

things with weddings ni, i like to get involved especially if it's my own flesh and blood and relatives yang betul-betul close dengan i. dari past weddings of my other close cousins' and sis#1's, i'd try to make myself available for them, at least 2 days before the big event. i'd attend to any last minute favours from them, beli fresh flowers la (my favourite place, weng hoa flower boutique, dekat lorong hang lekir, kl. very near to central market. reasonable price, excellent service, excellent people! recommended!) kiranya i jadi pak supir for these 2 days laa. and a month's before, if ada masa after office or weekends ke, ada la jugak pergi their houses to helped on preparing the wedding souvenirs.

so, for my sis#2 punya event, i did the same. except that, i was on full throttle. back and forth. sempat jugak buat blueberry pie delivery kat my ex-colleague (sambil menjengok office lama, nasib baik ex-boss tka masuk office lagi time tu) yang dia order weeks before. oh. disamping obses dengan mekap, kepakaran lain saya adalah membuat blueberry pie resepi mistermama dengan jayanya. heh. nak order jugak? nanti i up gambar-gambar tu di entry lain. buat masa sekarang, sila fokus dengan entry perkahwinan kakak. kalau tak, sampai bila pon takkan tunjuk baju gorjes-tapi-mahal-nak-mati dari designer yang tardy.

heh.

so, lepas siap mekap, we went straight ahead to the tabung haji mosque kat kelana jaya. kata pengantin kan, mestila kena buat grand entrance. no, we weren't late. we were on time, just 5 minutes before 10am. orang-orang lain tu je yang kiasu. orang cakap majlis nikah start pukul 10, dorang datang pukul 9. sapa suruh.

lepas selamat sesi akad nikah lafaz sebanyak 2 kali (and some emotional-melodramatic moments), they went to the cafe for some refreshment. i didn't sebab kena jaga the hantarans. no. not complaining. i did it voluntarily.

after keluarga lelaki balik, we went to the dewan for rehearsals. memang kecoh masa ni. but that's normal i guess. masing-masing dah been there done that, so, nak jugak la tunjuk skill masing-masing.

after rehearsal, terus balik rumah to get our things. before pergi balik to tabung haji, i managed to do makeup for bills the bilis and mister mama. as for b pulak, lepas shoot the outdoor after nikah, he went back and started to work on the slides sebab nak masukkan jugak gambar nikah untuk slide show for the reception malam tu. masa tengah mekap tu, i baru realised that i haven't eaten anything dari pagi. asyik chew gum je.

lepas habis mekap dorang, we went back to tabung haji. sampai sana, i do mekap for cik jiran sebelah pulak. she was there untuk memikul tanggungjawab as an emcee. since she was the emcee pro bono, so i promised to do her makeup for free jugak. lepas siapkan dia, bills the bilis did her hair. dalam bab rambut, bills the bilis memang talented. unlike me, tah apa-apa jadi rambut korang kang if dapat kat i. LOL.

oh, for the bride's makeup, it was done by my previous makeup artist, a good friend. nama dia fifi omar. takpelah, for this, i'll leave it to the pro. tapi, slowly, i'll try to encourage myself and do the bridal makeup, from time to time ok? fret not, h3ejau! :p

so, lepas semua orang dah siap, i do my own make up and bills the bilis buat rambut i. dengan baju-gorjes-tapi-mahal-nak-mati and the great hairdo by bills the bilis, i terus transformed jadi rozita che wan. eh.. salah. in my case, rozita che tam (as in hitam) hahahaha!

since gambar-gambar from the reception belum sempat nak kumpul lagi, here's the bunch from nikah session. tengok ah dulu k! gua nak sambung kerja.
